Willow Craft Kitchen

Willow Craft Kitchen is where “Slow Food” meets “Local Food” meets “Artisanal Food”.  Executive chef, Janet Dean Procure, is crazy about Canadian food, and even crazier about food sourced in our boreal forests, our local community, and own backyards. Janet, along with husband Tony Procure, has been involved in the Yellowknife food scene since TJ’s Nut House in Old Town, and since moving on from Trek Restaurant, Janet and Tony are now focusing on bringing unique local flavours to Yellowknife cooks.  In addition to their gourmet product line, Willow Craft Kitchen also holds cooking classes and provides pastry catering.
