Locally grown from day one, Joanna is a ‘Knifer for Lifer.  In recent years she's cultivated a deep desire to provide nutritious treats for her family, which has triggered a love for making and sharing healthy food.  Eat Like Ace is purely a God-given gift, influenced by many but mainly inspired by a rabbit named Ace, who was always a zealous eater of simple, nutritious and delicious food.  Joanna's desire is to pass on to others Ace's passion for healthy living, through apple chips and other yummy goodies, as well as homegrown veggies and other handmade creations.
